We offer a refund if a product is lost or damaged. Our refund policy is applicable for 30 days from original date of purchase.
Defective and/or damaged products returned to us for refund, must be in original packaging with all accessories and materials. The returned item(s) should include a note explaining the problem or situation, a copy of your invoice and your return shipping address.
No return items sent COD will be accepted.
Lost items for refunds must be reported within a week (7 days) of anticipated delivery date.
